Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Instant refunds processed immediately—credited within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Overview

1. You will be charged for consultation only. Medicine is free of cost. We do not sell medicine. Consultation is non refundable.
2. In case, if you are visiting late from time for which your appointment was scheduled, we will provide you another time. Amount will not be refunded.
3. If you are from outside of India and you’ve paid for consultation over this website using Indian proxy, order will be cancelled and amount will not be refunded.
4. We do not guarantee or promise to refund the money in case your disease is not cured.
5. Amount once paid for any package will not be refunded at any cost.
6. The refund policy can be changed at any given time without any prior notice.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
