Refund and Return Policy

General Policy on Fees and Services

1.1. The patient expressly acknowledges that all fees paid are strictly towards professional consultation services. Medicines, where provided, are supplied without any separate charge and are not sold as commercial products.
1.2. Consultation fees, registration charges, diagnostic review fees, and professional service fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, discontinuation of treatment, or perceived lack of therapeutic benefit.
1.3. Any amount remitted towards treatment packages, bundled consultation plans, or long-term care programs shall be deemed fully earned upon payment and shall be non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable in all circumstances.

Appointment-Related Charges

2.1. In the event that a patient fails to attend an appointment at the scheduled time or reports late, the clinic may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the consultation subject to availability.
2.2. Under no circumstances shall any fee paid be refunded due to late attendance, non-attendance, rescheduling, or inability of the patient to attend the appointment at the originally scheduled time.

Jurisdictional and Payment Irregularities

3.1. If a patient residing outside India remits consultation fees through the website using any form of misrepresentation, proxy location, VPN, or Indian proxy payment method, such transaction shall be deemed irregular and non-compliant.
3.2. In such cases, the order may be unilaterally cancelled by the clinic, and the amount paid shall be non-refundable, without any obligation on the clinic to process reimbursement.

Return of Products and Eligibility for Refund (Conditional Exception Clause)

5.1. Refunds, if any, shall be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the clinic.
5.2. Any request for refund based on return of a product shall be entertained only if the product is returned in its original, sealed, unused, untampered, and intact condition, with all original packaging, labels, and seals unbroken.
5.3. Products that are opened, used, partially consumed, damaged, altered, or tampered with shall be strictly ineligible for return or refund.

Clinical Documentation Requirement for Conditional Refund Evaluation

6.1. Patients seeking consideration for a conditional refund on clinical grounds must submit the following diagnostic documentation prior to initiation of treatment:

  • Ultrasonography (USG) of the whole abdomen, and
  • All relevant blood investigations as prescribed or required by the clinic.

6.2. Upon completion of the prescribed treatment protocol, the patient must submit updated post-treatment reports, including:

  • Repeat ultrasonography of the whole abdomen, and
  • Updated blood investigation reports.

6.3. The clinic shall evaluate both pre-treatment and post-treatment diagnostic reports.
6.4. Any determination of treatment outcome and refund eligibility shall be made solely at the clinic’s professional discretion.
6.5. Even in such cases, no refund shall be processed unless the conditions under Clause 5 (sealed and unused product return) are fully satisfied.

Refund Processing Procedure (Where Applicable)

7.1. Upon receipt and physical inspection of any returned product, the clinic shall notify the patient via email regarding acceptance or rejection of the refund request.
7.2. If approved, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
7.3. The clinic shall not be responsible for delays attributable to banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

8.1. If a refund has been approved but not reflected, the patient is advised to:

Contact their bank to verify processing timelines.
8.2. The clinic shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

Sale and Discounted Items

9.1. Items or services provided under promotional offers, discounts, concessions, or special pricing are strictly non-refundable.
9.2. Only services or items charged at full, regular price may be considered for refund, subject to the terms outlined herein.

Proof of Transaction

10.1. Any request for return or refund must be accompanied by valid proof of payment, receipt, or transaction reference number.
10.2. The clinic reserves the right to reject any refund request in the absence of verifiable proof of purchase.

Modification of Refund Policy

11.1. The clinic reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, revise, or discontinue this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Continued use of the clinic’s services shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised policy.
