Delivery Information

Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer once the goods are handed over by us to the carrier / courier company for delivery. In case a non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (for example: wrong name, incomplete or incorrect address, wrong pin code, unreachable phone number, etc.), any additional cost incurred by La Curativa for re-delivery shall be fully chargeable to the customer placing the order. Orders once duly placed and confirmed on our website are processed immediately; therefore, no request for cancellation shall be entertained after confirmation.

If the recipient is not available at the given address at the time of delivery, the parcel may, at the discretion of the delivery partner, be left with a neighbor or security personnel with an attached note/remark. If the neighbor/security refuses to accept the parcel, a delivery attempt note or message will be left asking the recipient to contact the courier or our office. At this stage, the order will be treated as delivered/attempted and shall remain fully chargeable. For items delivered through third‑party courier, speed post, or registered post, their respective delivery terms and policies shall apply. La Curativa reserves the right to charge the full order amount if the recipient refuses, delays, or rejects the parcel for any reason.

La Curativa shall make every reasonable effort to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery; however, early or delayed delivery, for any reason beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, logistical issues, operational constraints, strikes, natural calamities, etc.), shall not entitle the customer to any damages, claims, or compensation of any kind. We further reserve the absolute right to decline or discontinue services to any customer or at any address, at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide any explanation.

To enable smooth and timely delivery, customers are requested to provide the correct and complete shipping address, pin code, and an active phone number at the time of placing the order. If you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, you may write to us by email or through our contact form; such changes shall be accommodated only if the goods have not yet been dispatched from our premises. Under normal circumstances, the maximum delivery time is up to 7 working days, depending on location and courier serviceability.
