Return Policy

This Return Policy governs the return of medicines arranged through the clinic.

1. Nature of Medicines

1.1. The clinic does not operate as a retail pharmacy and does not sell medicines directly as commercial products.

1.2. Medicines are arranged for patients through manufacturers, laboratories, or authorized dealers following consultation.

1.3. Due to safety, hygiene, and pharmaceutical handling standards, medicines are generally non-returnable.


2. Eligibility for Return

2.1. Returns may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and only if the product is returned in the following condition:

  • sealed and unused
  • original packaging intact
  • labels and seals unbroken
  • product remains untampered

2.2. Products that are opened, used, partially consumed, damaged, altered, or tampered with shall be ineligible for return.


3. Return Evaluation

3.1. Returned products will be subject to physical inspection by the clinic.

3.2. The clinic will notify the patient by email whether the return request has been accepted or rejected.

3.3. Only after successful inspection may a conditional refund be considered according to the Refund Policy.


4. Proof of Purchase

4.1. All return requests must include proof of purchase such as:

  • payment receipt
  • order number
  • transaction reference

4.2. The clinic reserves the right to reject return requests without verifiable proof of purchase.


5. Policy Modifications

5.1. The clinic reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Continued use of the clinic’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
