Nature of Medicines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. The clinic does not operate as a retail pharmacy and <strong>does not sell medicines directly as commercial products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Medicines are arranged for patients through manufacturers, laboratories, or authorized dealers following consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. Due to safety, hygiene, and pharmaceutical handling standards, medicines are <strong>generally non-returnable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility for Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Returns may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and only if the product is returned in the following condition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sealed and unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original packaging intact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>labels and seals unbroken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product remains untampered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Products that are opened, used, partially consumed, damaged, altered, or tampered with shall be <strong>ineligible for return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return Evaluation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Returned products will be subject to <strong>physical inspection by the clinic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. The clinic will notify the patient by email whether the return request has been accepted or rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Only after successful inspection may a conditional refund be considered according to the Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Proof of Purchase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. All return requests must include proof of purchase such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>payment receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transaction reference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Policy Modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. The clinic reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2.
