Return the product on a ‘freight-to-pay’ basis (which the courier sender must pay). While returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, product name, and reason for return. Our team will verify the claim within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from receipt of the complaint. Once verified as genuine and reasonable, we will either replace the product(s) or issue a refund at La Curativa’s discretion.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
