In how many days La Curativa Ships the order ?

The order will be shipped within 3-5 working days subject to the availability of the product.

Can I cancel the order shipping ?

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. One can cancel the order for the product till we ship it.

Can I return a defective or damaged product ?

Yes, you can return defective/damaged (will not be accepted if it has a tampered seal).

How can I return defective or damaged product ?

You can contact La Curativa’s care cell at 850 359 1738 (Sun-Fri 9:00 AM–6:30 PM GMT-6), email us at returns@curatives.us, or write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Return the product on a ‘freight-to-pay’ basis (which the courier sender must pay). While returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, product name, and reason for return. Our team will verify the claim within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from receipt of the complaint. Once verified as genuine and reasonable, we will either replace the product(s) or issue a refund at La Curativa’s discretion.

How can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed ?

Changing Shipping Address is possible only till the product is not shipped from our warehouse. Go to Your Account > Your Address > Add or Edit Address or click Here to update your address.

How will I get the refund ?

The refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days directly in the bank account.

What are the delivery charges ?

The delivery for orders above US$ 100 is free. However, US$ 37 will be charged for orders with amount lower than US$ 100.

How will I get to know my order is confirmed ?

You will get an email confirmation after successfully placing the order. You can also visit My Account > Order Details or click Here.

I was not able to pay online while placing an order ?

In case of failure of payment, go to My Account>Your Order. Check the status of the order. In case the order is not placed, you can reorder from there.

My money was deducted but the order was not placed. What do I do ?

If the amount is deducted and the Order is not generated, then you can contact our customer care cell at 850 359 1738 (Sun-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM – GMT-6) or email to us at orders@curatives.us and give the details about the transaction reference number. The money will be refunded back in 5-7 working days.

How can I make payment for my order?

You can place the order via the following payment modes NET Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm and by scanning a QR code using any UPI app.
